Pricing starts at $2,000 and varies depending on litter parents.

We accept the following payment options: Cash, Zelle, Afterpay or Square Invoice (added service fees)
$300 non-refundable deposit is due once pregnancy is confirmed. Deposit can be transferred to other litters, but will not be refunded for any reason.
Selection of Puppies begins at 6 weeks.
Puppies will come with:
- Weekly Updates (Weight + Weight Gains and Growth Photos)
- Pre-Paid AKC Registration
- 30 Day Pet Insurance
- 1 Free Well Exam through AKC Registration
- Registered Microchip
- Vet Checked and Cleared with FL Health Certification
- Up to Date on Age Appropriate Shots
- Dewormed (completed every 2 weeks)
- Take Home Goody-bag (scent blanket, bag of food, new puppy documents)
- Well Socialized
- Lifetime Breeder Support
Some pups can have white markings, also called “St John’s Water Dog” marks, this is normal in Labs. If you’re interested in learning more, click the button below.
Our waitlist is free to join. We only have a few litters each year, so the list can fill up and may be backed up depending on timing and demand.
When we have an upcoming litter planned, we will start contacting people on the waitlist. This helps keep the list accurate and make sure we’re reaching families who are ready when puppies are available. We will request a non-refundable deposit once pregnancy is confirmed.
