PRICING & WAITLIST INFO

Pups are sold on limited AKC registration and are priced differently dependent upon the Dam. Parents all have different levels of testing completed: OFA, DNA, Health Testing(s). Every parent has been DNA tested, and fully health tested for 270+ breed related diseases. 

*Full AKC Registration available for an additional fee after discussing your program with us. 

Litters start at $1,500.

$300 non-refundable deposit is due when your desired pup is delivered. Selection of puppies begins at 4 weeks. If you are not local, we will send Photos/FaceTime.
*If anything life resulting happens to your puppy while in my care during the 8 week period, deposit will be refunded.

Puppies will come with:

- Weekly Updates (Weight + Weight Gains and Growth Photos)

- Pre-Paid AKC Registration

- 30 Day Pet Insurance

- 1 Free Well Exam through AKC Registration

- Microchipped & Registered

- Vet Checked and Cleared with FL Health Certification 

- Up to Date on Age Appropriate Shots

- Dewormed (completed every 2 weeks)

- Take Home Goody-bag (scent blanket, bag of food, new puppy documents)

- Well Socialized

- Lifetime Breeder Support

Some pups can have white markings, also called “St John’s Water Dog” marks, this is normal in Labs. If you’re interested in learning more, click the button below. 

Our waitlist is currently free to join. We only have a few litters each year, so the list can fill up and may be backed up depending on timing and demand.

* Beginning June 2026, we will begin charging a non-refundable $200 to be placed on the waitlist. This non-refundable deposit will help keep the length of the list down. The $200 will go towards your $300 deposit when a litter drops. If your desired pup isn´t born, the $200 deposit will be placed on another litter. 

When we have an upcoming litter planned, we start contacting people on the waitlist. This helps keep the waitlist accurate and makes sure we’re reaching families who are ready when puppies are available.

To keep things simple, we only ask for:

• Name
• Phone number
• Preferred color 
• Preferred gender 

If you’re hoping for a puppy from a specific dam, please include that when you join the waitlist.
